Wellgrove Farm’s Pony Days are a very popular mainstay for young riders during the school holidays. There are two options:
- 10am-2pm, with either one or two rides
- 10am-4pm with two rides
The day involves a structured lesson of 30 minutes in a small group of similar abilities, and a 30-minute hack (can be led, assisted or accompanied, dependent on rider level). The rest of the day consists of structured learning around the stable yard, doing many of the duties required to look after a pony. Riders will need to bring a packed lunch.
