Payment methods
We accept payment by cash or cheque accompanied by a cheque guarantee card. We are not able to accept payment by credit card. Cheques should be made payable to Wellgrove Farm Equestrian LLP.
Late payment
A late payment fee will apply if payment is not provided on the day of the lesson.
Cancellation policy
Please note that 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations, otherwise a cancellation charge will apply. For under 24 hours’ notice the full price is payable, for 24-48 hours’ notice 50% of the fee is payable.
