Maggie

Maggie is a 17hh Clydesdale x Thoroughbred grey mare. She was bought as a three-year-old and worked in the school until last summer. After some time off and an attempted foal, she is now back in work. Maggie is clever and forward-going like her son Bart.

As many of you know 2015 was a sad year as we lost our beloved Maggie. She was by far the best horse ever and was more in charge of the yard than any member of staff could ever be. The Facebook tributes truly reflect the love that everyone felt for her. A definite tear in the eye for me each time I read any of them.
